Since you are here, PLEASE read our “Contact Information” directions. All policies and important information is found at the very bottom of our website. There is only one way to get in contact with us. Please follow the simple directions.


NO REFUNDS ON HAND MADE ITEMS, yes that means the oils and other custom and hand made items(this means spellwork included, we can not unmelt wax or unuse materials, we can not turn back time, or bring back energy that was used. As stated on the instructions, sometimes spells work instantly for some and for others, you need constant consistent work.). Please treat us with respect and grace. We are not Walmart or Amazon. If you break your items out of clumsy personal mistakes we can not replace them. If we did that we would go bankrupt and then there would be no one to make these nice perfumes and ritual oils for you. Take care of your things… 

 

We only accept returns if the items were damaged in transit, or if we really messed up and sent you the incorrect item(s). We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through our Customer Service contact portal, which is the small messaging icon on the bottom right corner of your screen as soon as you open our website. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [you will receive the proper return address once your case has been accepted for return]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question through our main Customer Service portal, which is the Customer Service messaging icon at the bottom right corner of your screen as soon as you open our website. 

We will not be refunding or exchanging items just because you don't like the smell all of a sudden, this is what we have made samples for, try the samples before buying larger bottles. Perfume is REALLY expensive to make, pulling that kind of move really is kind of a dick move to be perfectly honest and we really don't appreciate it. All of our samples are pulled from the same batches as our larger size bottles...

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have video and Photo documentation of each order at each of our packing stations, we do everything in our power to pack each order swiftly, correctly, and we take quality control very seriously. That being said, we are human beings and sometimes mistakes do happen. If we sent you the wrong item, or if the items broke/leaked during transit, please kindly and respectfully blow up our contact portal! we will make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as spells, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
No exchanges on hand made items. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
