Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, full, or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. Orders and services may not be canceled once the order is fulfilled. Orders/services may not be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled fulfillment date.
Samples are highly recommended to buy before considering purchasing the larger bottles. All samples are drawn from the exact same batch as the larger bottles to ensure that the smell exactly the same. If you purchase a larger bottle without having tried the sample first(aka blind buying) you will not be able to return or refund said bottle. Perfume is expensive and each bottle is hand crafted per order.
Spellwork as stated in the instructions given on the day of your appointment, for once the spell work is over and done with(the late night video proving completion of the spell work has been sent to the customer) there are no refunds or returns as we cannot unmelt wax, unburn materials, Turn Back Time, or take back energy used. A service of Labor has been done and labor will be paid for as well as materials. I do exactly what you tell me to do and I provide the service, I provide spiritual protection, 20+ years of knowledge, anonymity, physical work, and spiritual energy. For some people spell work is instant, but for others they need constant consistent work before they see any kind of shift in their favor. Now if I see that from the physical work it didn't look like it turned out well, I will redo it. But that is a judgment I will make as a professional. I will contact the customer and state this, I will make a recommendation and choose a better time to execute the redo spell. The customer has a duty to move with the spell. Put their own energy forward. For example: if we are doing a vanity spell and the customer decided to sit on the couch and eat ice cream all day instead of following the flow of beauty, which is discipline and higher self standards, well that would be on the customer. Energy loves movement. Be constant, be consistent. Take your rituals seriously.
Orders and services may not be canceled once the order is fulfilled. Orders/services may not be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled fulfillment date. No shows or failing to provide the needed items on time will result in complete forfeiture of funds and of the appointment.
